Free Hebrew Ulpan courses are available in many locations throughout Israel. The address that appears on an Oleh’s Teudat Zehut will dictate the location of the Ulpan. However, in some cases it can be flexible.

The simple answer is, yes. A private Ulpan is based on the voucher allotment.

These programs offer you the opportunity to tailor your Hebrew language education to your schedule as well as your personal educational needs.
